WELL, HEY THERE
➞I never expected my journey to unfold the way it did. I set off for college to be a travel agent but felt unfulfilled. So I started exploring other options & countries and the hospitality world drew me in.
➞ Before I discovered my passion for learning & development, I tried a lot: hotel operations, sales, events … you name it.
➞ Back in 2017, the company I worked for sent me to a training. To my surprise, they asked me to roll out and facilitate the same training program for the whole organization even though I had no experience in facilitating or training. It was quite a challenge!
➞ 6 months down the road, I got my first role in corporate learning & development, without fancy certification or relevant education.
➞ With countless trials and errors, failed projects, tears, a business degree, and SHRM-CP certification, my goal now is to help you build a fulfilling career in learning and development.
